From Montauk to Manhattan, On-Site Bodywork brings therapeutic massage where you need it!

Massage therapy is one of the oldest recognized methods of healing. It has been medically proven to improve health and wellbeing. Alaina M. White founded On-Site Bodywork with the life-changing effects of Therapeutic massage in mind. On-Site Bodywork provides their clients with massage in a comfortable, compassionate, and personal setting. The goal of On-Site Bodywork is to establish a genuine relationship with clients and provide massage as a part of preventative healthcare on a regular basis, so they can benefit from long-lasting positive results. Those who receive regular massage therapy have been known to demonstrate signs of decreased stress, reduced blood pressure, reduced feelings of depression, increased joint flexibility and strengthened immune system. In the workplace, it increases employee morale and can increase employee productivity.

Alaina M. White graduated from the New York College of Health Professions in 2010 with an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Studies. She is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and has training in neuromuscular therapy and orthopedic massage. Alaina has gained experience through her work at a spa, a fitness facility, a massage studio, and in the office of a chiropractor. Alaina and her team have provided on-site chair massage for several golf outings and athletic events, including volunteer work for the American Breast Cancer Society, Easter Seals, and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. These experiences have solidified her desire to help people feel relief from chronic pain. Her clients include a variety of demographics; individuals of all ages and medical histories.

Through massage therapy, Alaina has seen the benefit of being able to help improve individuals’ quality of life. It is with this reward she has developed On-Site Bodywork--massage therapy has the potential to change someone’s day and bring them some relief, and that is hugely rewarding.
